Loan Parameters/Underwriting:   5- to 25-year terms, $30 million - $500 million

Amortization:  Structured to meet client needs

Interest Rate:  Fixed rate loans priced over US Treasury yields / Floating rate loans priced over SOFR

Loan to Value:  75% maximum

Debt Coverage:  1.25x minimum

Liability:  Typically non-recourse, except for standard carve-outs and environmental

Deposits:  Required at application, with earnest money refunded at closing
