Then, after gaining experience in production or asset management in the field, you may advance further in the field or return to the home office to join our leadership team.

Analyst:
Provide broad analytical support to multiple functional units including portfolio management, loan and equity production, asset management and real estate services. Support the reporting loan and equity portfolio performance relative to benchmarks, including the annual loan and equity appraisal process. Learn more.

The Associate position is responsible for providing due diligence support on proposed new debt and equity investments. Associates will evaluate a broad range of property types and investment structures. Learn more.
